Speed

The speed of Ancelus is exceptional. It is the fastest database by many orders of magnitude. Ancelus is 10,000x faster than the fastest available by the big db companies. The speed is based on the fact that all database functions have been either reduced to zero time (they have been eliminated) or are executed on each transaction (they cannot be further time- subdivided). Simple R/W in under 100 nanoseconds, constant with size. Lock/unlock in 6 nanoseconds supports blazing transactional systems.

Capacity Scale

If you think you don’t need that much speed, think again. Unless you have an unlimited budget, you’re spending too much on hardware and hosting.

Ancelus changes all the rules on database size and hardware deployment by eliminating the data duplication of traditional systems. Up to 20:1 data compression. Then Ancelus eliminates the channel bandwidth constraint with massively parallel access to as Single Logical Image with constant performance up to 16 Exhabytes. Most of the reasons for the server racks just disappeared.
